Delightful
Easy to read, Page-turner, Animals, Colorful, Humor, Great illustrations
My nearly 5 year old was delighted by the book. Who would’ve guessed a simple story like this would have him on the edge of his seat, waiting to see if they would finally get that giant turnip out of the ground? He laughed all the way through it. -A.K.
Fantastic Read Aloud
I love to read this book aloud to my children or for a group of children it is a great book if you really want to involve the children in the storytelling experience. – “… they pulled, and heaved, and tugged and yanked!” We all love it at this house!
